We complement this essential framework of asana with in-depth study of anatomy, and the Yoga Sutras as well as units on the subtle body, Ayurveda and yoga for pregnancy.

Complete and return your application, along with your $500.00 non-refundable deposit/and or full payment, to Yoga Lola in person or by email at lola@yogalola.com.  Lola will review your application and will call and talk with you about any outstanding questions or concerns related to your application and intake into the YogaWorks training program.  And rememember, there are many different payment options available.  We will work with you to find a plan that fits your budget.
