We have beginners and all levels classes, so whatever your current fitness level, we have what you need at Yoga Lola.  We also offer private instruction and an optional introductory course.

Class Schedule and Rates

Group Yoga Classes Six Days A Week:  We do yoga Monday-Saturday. Click the Schedule/Rates button for schedule and rates for group yoga: Schedule/Rates 

Group PreNatal Classes:  Our six-week pre-natal workshops are scheduled by demand.  Click the Workshop button for schedule and rates for Prenatal yoga: Workshops.

Private Yoga Classes:  Private yoga classes are 1.5 hours long.  Rates are $70 per class for students and $90 per class for non-students.

Kundalini, Flow, Eclectic, & Pre-Natal Yoga

About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a very unique kind of yoga and is practiced around the world.  Ancient but timeless, it uses low-impact aerobic activity, breath exercises (pranayama), sound, and meditation to detoxify and stimulate the entire body.  We exercise and keep young the thyroid and parathyroid, the adrenal glands, both sides of the brain, the central nervous system, and the digestive, immune, lymphatic and cardiovasular systems. Kundalini Yoga burns calories to help manage the weight, strengthens the heart, relieves stress, tones muscles and gives you a radiant and healthy glow!

Feeling depressed?
