Sat Nam!  Thank you for visiting our website and for giving us the opportunity to share some of our thoughts with you. 

Our focus at the studio is in the use of technology that has been time-tested for at least 5,000 years and found true for working toward the betterment of humankind.  These technologies include yoga, sonic therapeutics, meditation, and energy healing and massage, all of which have been around for at least 5,000 years and used by both ancient and current cultures. 

We do not adopt or espouse any kind of personal creed or belief, other than those of peace and love.  To us, the word spiritual means being in a place and space that feels good and promotes doing good work in the world.  We embrace results, and only support techniques that have worked to good effect on the human psyche for centuries. 

Our approach to everything in our lives is about finding out who and what we are.   It's about digging down into ourselves, into the core of who we are, and finding out who it is that's really in there, amid all the junk and clutter we accumulate along the way.  It is an amazing unending journey, and one that we enjoy sharing with others.

The kind of yoga that our studio practices allows the participants to come as they are now and find something of meaning to them, even from the very first class.  The power of the breath, the movement of the body, and the connection to self through the mantra is evident from the very beginning.  It is a very human yoga, and one that can be adapted to any audience.  The spectrum is truly from one end to the other.  Kundalini yoga offers sets that would tax a marathon runner to his or her limits as well as sets that are soft and gentle that lovingly helps create healing in a body taxed by age or ravaged by illness.

In addition to yoga, we offer energy balancing sessions, massage, spiritual aromatherapy, EFT, dance, and self-development workshops.  We work with the participants to clear emotional blocks and to heal misaligned physical energies.  The energy balancing sessions and/or the magic massage sessions are of great benefit not only to individuals in physical or emotional stress, they are also of great benefit to people in good health.  The sessions are often an experience unto themselves.
